What to Know Before You Rent

  • Plan your group. Know who you’re living with before you start — we have options for solo renters and groups up to 14.

  • Think location. Whether you want to be steps from campus or closer to downtown, we’ve got homes all over Cortland.

  • Know your budget. All RMP homes include utilities and trash pickup, so you only have to cover Wi-Fi.

  • Check the extras. Every home comes fully furnished, with in-unit laundry and free parking — no extra hassle.

  • Pick the right team. A responsive, local property manager makes all the difference — and that’s exactly what we’re known for.

  • Snow removal and lawn care are included — tenants are only responsible for shoveling walkways.

  • All of our apartments come fully furnished — each includes a cozy living room set, full dining set, and a FULL bed, dresser, and desk in every bedroom.

  • All utilities, including trash pickup, are included — the only thing you’ll need to set up is Wi-Fi.
